Fashion Friday: Christopher Robin

It seems I may have forgotten to post last friday, and it was noticed...so that means I cannot forget today! This week, a little tomboy style for the less 'frills-and-lace' inclined. Personally, while I think lace, ruffles, and pretty soft fabrics are beautiful, I am more drawn to wear simple styles that aren't quite so "feminine". So what better character to display that than Christopher Robin? I doubt he would consider himself fashionable, but he sure is darn cute.
He wears a simple, vintage, British style that is reflected with soft colours, plaid and clean lines. This care-free look is perfect for a day out in the Hundred-Acre Wood...or for a picnic in the park. It's easy going and relaxed- all that's needed is a book and you are ready for a laid-back weekend in the sun!

Burt's Bees is included to ward off any bees that might come from Pooh's curious nature and instincts for honey! And although Christopher Robin prefers his mary-jane style child shoe, I've included a sensible pair of oxfords- ideal for the grown-up with a young soul.
