Mourning National Velvet

A little more than a year ago, I wrote a blog post dedicated to one of my favourite childhood movies, National Velvet. I think it's only appropriate that today that post can be remembered again and movie looked back at once more! Elizabeth Taylor, the classic American actress, is being paid tribute today all over the news and internet, so I thought I'd hop on the train as well seeing as she was one of my early childhood influences. Here's to a well loved Hollywood starlette who helped shape the beginnings of the movie industry!
